wh-c500 stays low & the volume buttons don't work

I bought these headphones roughly a month ago and it started flshing purple at one point so i decided to factory reset them. Once i unpaired it on my Mac and Iphone i reconnected it to my Iphone, only now it stays quiet and the volume buttons don't work on the headphones despite it being max volume on my mac and Iphone.

Whenever i do press the volume button on the headphones i get a double beep.

please help

Hi i am having the same problem

I have Reset the headphones

charged the headphones to full

re initialised the headphones

it’s not my iphone

can anyone help please

same problem here.it seems that it's a software problem and sony doesn't have any solution to this,but still you can buy the product from shops.
