topic sony wireless wh-1000xm2 in Portable Audio

Hello,

I have a problem with lot of background noise when I take a call from my headphones. Is the mic not noise cancelling? It is completely unusable for calls. Don't understand why Sony can't release a update that can cut the noise from mic. It is all controlled through codecs. I believe it is a waste of money limiting only to listen to music. Anyone has any ideas or workaround please? Thank you
