Mex-n4100bt buttons not working

Ok so my Sony MEX-N4100BT face plate turns on but only the source button works. I can’t connect the stereo to my phone. I’ve reset and cleaned the connections please help

Hi Joepineapple,

If the car audio system is less than a year old, I'd recommend getting it inspected by the retailer.
