Xplod mex-bt3000 has no EQ Options

I have a Xplod mex-bt3000 connected via ISO plugs to a bmw e46 320i. I have a box that converts the steering wheel control into a jack for the back of the head unit.

There used to to be options for the EQ settings but now it’s just offering “Preset” or “Off”

Any ideas?

Im a Muppet, hadn’t reaslised I needed to scroll to more options 🙃 it’s been a long day
