W273- Volume Rocker faulty ?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else had the issue of the volume rocker not responding? I am unable to change the volume; furthermore after listening for a while the volume will diminish and I have to turn the device on and off for the volume to return.

I will give them a few more days before I contact amazon for a replacement. Hopefully someone will have a fix or has the similar issue

After some problems with charging - connected to my notebook and it didnt charge properly, have charged it later - but volume rocker is not functional now - as well as the other buttbutton on on that side

Will leave it on for the nioght and will try to recharge tomorrow
