need advice on wiresless headphone

Recently I purchased a sony Wireless headphone MDR rf811rk.

I am happy with it.Unfortunately, my opposite neighbour has a similar headphone. He connects his TV and I connect mine to my laptop. Unfortunately, he picks up my music and I pick up his football. Not a neighbourly situation.

What can we do to stop this interference..?

You can agree to use different channels on both the transmitter and headphones. That should do it.

Thank you for your advice. However, I am not very electronics savvy. I do not know how to change the transmitter channels. My neighbour is the same. he has a wireless sony too but its few years older than mine. Do we move the

upright stick to a different direction, or what ?
