Hi All,

My XM4 would not automatically switch off or pause audio when i take them off.

i have selected both options in the app but no luck.

have an s10 with android11.

is anyelse having the same problem. what is the solution for this issue. driving me nuts.

take it off before i sleep, and expect it to turn off so that i have battery when i wake up and nothing.

frustating to charge early in the morning. i mean why have the option in app if the feature does not work.

SONY are you listening please fix this.

yes have the latest firmware

Check the sensor is clean. You should see clean,clear window. there should be nothing smudging or blocking this.

If all is clear then there's a fault issue. They should work as intended. Return to supplier as faulty.

Hey techPikaUK, try reset and initialize (Press the power and the CUSTOM buttons together for few seconds). That should help.
