Hi all,

I have purchased a new set of Sony Wireless Headphones which I am trying to connect to my Sony Bluetooth Stereo Turntable (PS-LX310BT)

The Sony website states these devices are Bluetooth compatible, and whilst the devices have connected, I am only receiving sound through the right hand earpiece 😢

The headphones work ok when connected to my Amazon Fire table via both Bluetooth and cable connector.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

There's not much that can be done wrong.

I would say that there's a technical issue with the turntable and would recommend to send it to repair.

Even though I have only just become aware of the problem, unfortunately the product now out of warranty, but I have arranged for a Sony repair centre to have a look at it to see if it will be cost effective to repair. Fingers crossed

It might also be worth trying a different device with the turntable (BT speaker or other set of headphones).
