In the introduction of sony wf-1000 xm3 headphone , it is said that the charge lasts 6 hours when the anc feature is turned on, but it dropped to 20% after 1 hour using when fully charged and battery is finished in 2 hours. Is there anyone who experienced same thing? What should I do?

Hi,

Probably you have some other features enabled that drain the battery or the volume is set very high.

Hello,

A new (it might have been packaged months ago) out of the box WF-1000XM3, will take at least 3 charge cycles (100%-0%) to condition the batteries in the earpieces. How old are the WF-1000XM3 ?
