WH-1000XM4 Do equaliser settings work when using cable

Having set the equaliser of my WH-1000MX4s via Sony Headphones Connect App using Bluetooth I now with to use the headphones with a cable connection. Will the equaliser settings that I have made still work when the headphones are connected by the cable? If so will it only apply when the headphones are switched on?

Hi,

To my knowledge the equalizer setting should apply also when using the cable connection.
