Does anyone know how to turn off sony wf 1000xm3

How to turn off this earbuds ? Sometimes when I take off the earbuds from the case I hear "power on" only from the left and sometimes only from the right and almost every time I only hear "bluetooth connected" and not "power on" ..is this normal? I have hard reset the earbuds but nothing, every time when I take off the earbuds I hear battery level and "bluetooth connected" it doesn't say "power on" anymore. does this means the earbuds stay always on ? I have already choose the setting power off after 5 minutes .. but still i didnt hear power on sound.. please any help would be appreciated.. also for some reason I can't connect them in windows if anyone know how to fix this please let me know!!!
