      <title>Sony WH-1000XM4, sound does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a few days ago I bought a new Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones, gray version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason I bought these headphones, among other things, is for conference calls on my laptop (HP Elitebook). I connect from a laptop to a virtualized environment via the VMWare Horizont Client. The sound works until I try a Skype conference. After picking up the call, the sound is interrupted, absolutely nothing can be heard, users on the other hand can hear me all the time so my microphone is still working. If I check in the system settings of my laptop, the sound is in progress and the microphone is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to resolve it as soon as possible. Otherwise, the headphones are unusable for me.
