topic Sony WH-1000XM4 Bluetooth Issue in Portable Audio

Just picked these up yesterday and noticed that the bluetooth does not work properly when I have Citrix Workspace open on my macbook. The sounds is drowned out and very quiet. Everything sounds fine when the program is closed. I'm not sure if Citrix Wordspace is open and running windows on the mac causing a compatibility issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's Citrix that causes the issue.

I use a pair of my 1000XM3's in work, for calls, and voice, and the quality is stinking.

Yet dump Citrix, and use the spare pc in the office, and it's fine for music and video, yet put Citrix in the mix, and back to crap again.

Wish I could get a handle on it.

Tired of using other peoples dirty headsets, so thought I would use my own, but to be honest, with Citrix involved I would be as well using a 1990's single ear and mic setup.
