WH-1000XM3 when connected to my computer only turns on ambient sound control and compromises the noise reduction and the quality of the sound dramatically. I can hear the noises around me. this doesn't happen when connected to iPhone or iPad. why?

Hi,

Most likely you're using a different Bluetooth profile with your PC (e.g. headset mode).

Thus NC is disabled.
