NW-WS413 Right Ear Piece problem

The volume of the right ear piece is extremely low compared to the left side, I tried to restarting and resetting but nothing changed.

NOTE: I never used it under water, I just clean it by wipes.

please help!

Hi,

Did you check if something blocks the sound channel on the left ear piece?

If everything looks fine it might be a technical problem.

Have you also tried updating it to the latest software version?
