ICF-CL75iP - Power Adapter

Hello !!.. I have a Sony Dream Machine model ICF-CL75iP (Serial N° 0048415) and a few days ago I had a problem with the power adapter because the product stop working at all.. I checked the output voltage of the adapter and I measures 0 V.

As there is no characteristics on the body of the adapter (DC voltage output/current) , I want to know is somebody can help me with this information.. I only know that the maximum power consumption of the product is 18W and the voltage must be low than 10V.
