Problems logging into the forum?

I have been having problems logging into the forum for a couple of days. I tried everything I could to connect, cleared the cache of my browser, tried connecting using an alternative browser but I could not get the log-in screen to appear.

Even thought I was not logged in I was still able to view posts so I searched the forum but could not find any information on who to contact to report such an issue as this.

Now that I am finally logged in I thought it would be useful to create a thread on what to do if you have problems logging in but I do not know the email address to use in such situations as this.

Does anyone know of an email address to use to contact the forum admin team?

Hi there

A couple of experts have had trouble with the log in screen. (I'm one of them)

Worst case it took 5 minutes for the screen to load, at best it still takes at least 1 - 2 minutes.

(The team are aware of this - it was discussed but no resolution so far)

Even though someone has ticked this as 'the solution' it clearly isn't lol

Does your login screen actually load if you leave it long enough?

Hi thank you for the reply no the login screen never appeared I just had a blank screen with a really long url ending in nobounce.

Also no I am not on talktalk.

Are you using any software such as peerblock?

(Oh and congratulations on not being with talktalk I'm bailing out on them soon)

Yeah - could be some sort of glitch after forum updates etc?

Would be interesting to see if any other members report a problem.

No not using anything fancy like peerblock.

Thanks for the congratulations lol although I think most ISP's have there problems but in talktalk's case it does seem more than others.

It was an odd problem everything was working as expected one day then the next day the login screen would not appear. I wish I had made a note of the url now but I deleted history along with the browsers cache.
