why cant i get alll the progs they advertise that are on demand 4 IE the mentalist n some other things???

All programs/shows are up to the individual channel themselves. Suggest you contact Channel 4 : HERE

Channel 4 don't have the rights to the Mentalist, its Channel 5.

Also 4 on Demand don't actually list the Mentalist as one of their shows.
