I have not managet to make a connection from my hp probook laptop to my sony tv. I´m using hdmi and my laptop recognises Sony TV in the list of connected devices. I've done all the tricks I found on hp user forum but my tv does not recognise any signal in its PC input. Neither does it recognise any new hdmi devices when I run the recognition procedure from the menu.

My Sony TV is a seven year old KDL-40D3000/3010 with 3 separate hdmi inputs, only one had been used before for my hd/dvd device. The laptop is a brand new hp Probook 450 G0. My Intel graphics driver has also been updated. But the tv keeps saying "no signal". Has anyone got similar experiences? Is there a solution to this or is it likely to be a no-go?
