Over the past few days I have received 3 emails from no-reply@eu.sony.com advising me that my personal information has been changed in My Sony Account. I have not been into my account at these times and certainly have not updated any details in my account.

I contacted Sony Customer Support via the website. They have advised my that they are "aware" of the problem and they have escalated the issue to "second level support" which is, I guess, where the issue currently sits.

Has anyone else experienced this problem of spurious emails implying updates which you haven't made or I'm I the only one?

Thanks in advance.

Charlie
