I'm unable to register my Wh1000xm4 due to the form not enabling how or where I purchased them. I can insert my product name but nothing more. Can anyone help please? Have tried numerous times....

Try typing the model number like this without the brackets (WH-1000XM4). No spaces, and with the hyphen after the H.
