    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spent hours trying to try tom find how I get support for this to no avail. The Sony Global Customer Care page mentions self support, social support and assisted report but not a link in sight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did comment on an article about this software but no response so HOW do I get support for this App?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the problem:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Running with other apps on Android 8/9. It's a great app BUT I want to run it at the same time as an app that remotely controls my tripod head to move left/right/up/down. Despite all my efforts, including using ADB to enable multi window support, I cannot run it in split screen or in a Window, and if I try to run another app in a window the Sony Imaging Edge closes, which is no problem for every other app on my mobile. Any help would be appreciated&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It may be that attempting to use more than one app at a time is not supported. &lt;A href="http://bit.ly/2BPCak1" target="_blank"&gt;Sony Support&lt;/A&gt; may be able to advise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried, and they were prompt but they clearly don't even understand the problem let alone offer any advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On a positive note I have found an app called Camoodoo that does the job&lt;/P&gt;</description>
