I have contacted customer service number of time via email and phone, but with no success.</P><P _mce_style="" style=";"><BR /></P><P _mce_style="" style=";">I had purchased an extended warranty with Sony Vaio E14 laptop. I requested Sony on 14 Feb 2013 to cancel the extended warranty and refund the money. I can cancel the warranty any time in 45 days from the date of purchase. I have no idea what's going on as customer service is not responding back with a satisfactory reply.
