Android is starting loop

Hi All

My phone just loops the "optimization of applications sequence." It first doe 204 applications then it 114 apps then 43 apps and it finishes, restarts and then loops the same optimization. It doesn't connect to the PC Companion because its stuck in this restart loop, so that I could do a software repair.

Any suggetions, please

Remove the SIM and SD cards > press and hold power & volume up until the phone turns off then repair it with XC
