Error message issue: sonyericsson.crashmonitor has stopped

Hello,can anyone please help me fix this? I keep getting the error message: com.sonyericsson.crashmonitor has stopped each time i reboot my phone and its switched back on. I recently updated to the latest build of Marshmallow for my Xperia Z5 E6653 and since then i get this message. Phone is still not rooted etc.

See if turning off 'Send Usage Info' in SETTINGS»About Phone»Usage info settings, does any thing helpful

There's another menu option its linked to in the Sony Diagnostic App, but I can't remember the title and I won't be able to tell you because I've removed it on my phone so you'll need to take a screenshot in the Diagnostic App to refresh my memory if you want to check if it's turned off there too

I found this under diagnostics and have tried restarting already with no success. Also, i updated to the latest software build and that when this error started showing

I dont have imgur unfortunately. It isnt affecting performance or anything that i can pick up. Its just annoying that it pops up each time the phone was restarted and i have to clear it,so lets hope the pic is approved and maybe suggestions can be made then. Thanks again for the help though.

Check the Device Administrators and temporarily Enable anything Sony related if they are or have been disabled

If the xperia configurator is enabled try turning it off as part of disabling the Diagnostic and support app settings

Settings>Security>Device Administrators

Also, try clearing the crashmonitor cache and data in

Settings»Apps»[Settings Menu Cog] Show System

And also clear google play services cache

me too!!! i have the same problem.. also there is area in my phone(touch pad screen) was not functioning.. any solution for that?

Me too - it started crashing, touch screen not working and restarting all the time. I did a full system restore and the same error message has come up. Hope an update/fix comes out soon!

Delete the Facebook app. I've been literally these two days restoring my phone, making backups, deleting cache, EVERYTHING, but then i found out it was the Facebook app that was causing all this. I deleted it and then everything works. I wish i knew this before restoring everything and going through all that
