      <title>z2 stuck/frozen on start up</title>

      <description>I was using my phone this morning when it froze so after a couple of minutes I did a soft reset now my screen only has&lt;BR /&gt;SONY&lt;BR /&gt;XPERIA&lt;BR /&gt;on it.&lt;BR /&gt;Don'tknow how much power it has but less than 50%.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any help&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;By soft reset, do you mean forcing the phone to turn off using the power + volume up button or by pressing and holding the OFF-button by the SIM-card? If not I suggest that you try that.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I tried all of the reset options power and up, power and down and the red button by the charge port. I have an old phone in my work bag in case I break this one so just put the sim card in that and after about 45 minutes it just turned on so not sure what was wrong but it's working now&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
