It doesn't appear that the issue is software related in this case, it may have just been coincidental that it occurred as you were erasing the handset.

I recommend you contact your local support team to arrange a repair.

C6903 Dead ?

So I've bought Xperia Z1 from someone and he wanted to clear data from it, no problem. I went to the menu and clicked "Erase data" or maybe factory reset, message appeared and told me that it can take several minutes so I've left it on the table, I'm not sure about battery level when I've done it but I think it was like 90+ % . When I came back and tried to turn on phone, nothing happened. Phone was working perfectly fine 15 minutes ago and now I can only press VOL up + power button to feel 3 quick vibrations and that's all I can do. Charging light doesn't light. Red little button next to SD card slot for reset doesn't helped. PC doesn't see IT. PC Companion doesn't see it. Emma - flashtool doesn't see it ( or maybe I'm doing something wrong ). It's really important to me to repair it without spending money for service
