Screen locks in calls

When I make a call on my Z5 premium the screen locks black and I can't use any function until the phone is hung up by the person on the other end of the call. I've done a full factory reset but it's not helped, has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, i have the same probleme. Everything work on my Z5 compact exept when i try to end a call ... i do also the factory recovery. It's a big probleme if the contact dont end the call , i loose money. Can you give us a tip or may be change ours phones ? because when i try this on my keyborad *#*#SERVICE#*#* , all work fine i dont understand.

If the screen locks black, this has something to do with your sensor, which is active during calls, you have to wash it in a very sensitive manner.

Call someone without looking into the sensor, will it happen again?
