Xperia Z5P headphone sound problem with apps

Basically I have perfect sound quality with my new Z5P when using the default music app

same goes with my other apps like youtube, twitch and video players

But when I plug in my headphone, problems appear

I have no problem with listening songs with the music app, but the sound quality becomes very poor with static noise when I play videos with other apps.

Seeking for a solution for this, thanks guys!

Turns out I tried another headset, sound is fine

then I swtiched back to my original one it is fine too, but it have had the problem for like 4 days

Anyway, thanks for the prompt reply! It is helpful enough to have support this quick.

There might have been some debris in the headphone jack that was interrupting the circuit or something. Whatever the case, I am glad it's working again
