Hi I'm Xperia.Z5 Compact User now I think I'd tell you about Smart Call Feature Sometime It's such of slow it could not be detected my ear but It would be detect after that 3 times repeat ,So It's really not stable and inconvenient feature since Z3C Please fix it

@Kurapiko Can you try to answer some calls in safe mode? It works ok on my Z5 and Z2.

I have left you a link in my first post. Press longer on power button, a menu should show up. Then tap longer on turn off, you will be prompted you restart in safe mode.

Basically, 3rd party applications (those installed by you from google play or other sources) are disabled. Sometimes, these apps can interfere with your phone's functions or features, making them not to work as intended.
