Touchscreen works by itself

Hi. I already buy a smartphone z3+, after two days working with it I realized when i play games (any games with different graphic) the phone is warming as h-e-l-l and after afew minutes the touchscreen is out of control and specially when typing the gesture control automatically replace my words. i turned off the gesture control and its still not fixed. i try so many things like turned off quick period and other features. also i turned off double tap option but its not fixed.

sometimes when its getting worse the touchscreen works without touch like glove mode is active, but i never use that option and its off.

this problem is rarely fix by turn screen on/off or it completely fix by restart phone. but if i open any game its still begins.

please help. i buy z3+ with hope to its great cpu. if it coulden't play simple games like c.o.c i prefer my last phone tipo duall.

Doest your phone has a protective case/film/glass?

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the touchscreen

and also test it in >>> safe mode

Hi dear uliwooly. no i'm not using glass or film or case.

and my problem only happens if i play games. i dont know its depends on warm up phone or another reason.

i test touchscreen from setting and the problem only exist in Mentioned conditions. if i don't run any games, phone works properly.

after phone getting hot i close games to phone getting cold and the problem is usually starts when the phone is very hot. but if phone gets cold the problem still exist until afew minutes, then its fixed.

I dont test it in safe mode yet. do u think it can fix the problem?

Z3+ is famous (or infamous) for heating as h-e-l-l and it's also reported that an heating device can start to behave weirdly. I am witness of the C5, Z3c and Moto devices all having the same issue, especially with the touchscreen becoming "alive" but usually once the heat is dissipated the screen return to work normally. My assumption is when the device heat, the digitizer expand creating false touches due expansion.

I just install 2 games, Traffic raider & clash of clans. These games shouldent be too heavy for z3+ with its benchmark.

I wanted to buy xperia x but i refuse it just for z3+ has lower price.am i mistake? I think i should buy X .Unfortunately my z3+ hasnt any guaranty. When i went for shop most of the sony's phone hasen't guaranty.Is that OK?.:smileyconfused:

So that, I realy made mistake. I should bought X.

my z3+ act like its haunted! the touchscreen not even work and i coulden't even restart it becous its haunting!

all these just happen when i play games.

whatever i'm going to buy another sony because i never tired of it. and its amazing even it can't play any games.

I test my phone in safe mod and it seems OK. Actually we haven't any game in safe mode to run and test it.
And without gaming, my phone always looks good, and touch works properly.
