Xperia Z3 Compact Wi-Fi not working

Hi, I need some help with my Xperia. My WiFi has not been working for a few days, I tried booting my Phone up in safe mode but that hasn't helped. Anyone have a fix?

if it doesn't work on safe mode. try to software repair using Xperia Companion

This is 100% a software issue with and update from Sony. They will claim it's not, mine stopped working after a large update from Sony to Android 5, some months later (late april 2016) they issues another update and both wifi and Bluetooth stared working.
However in September 2016 the issued a large upgrade to android 6 and both wifi and Bluetooth stopped working again...
Make sure you don't take any updates from Sony - they will break it!

I have the same problem on my device... Wu fi and Bluetooth don't start and the button on/off is always disabled! I Just repair it wuth Sint Companion, but the problem isn' solved. Device without WiFi and Bluetooth is useless
