Unknown icon on notification bar

I have an unknown icon on my notification bar, looks like a phone with two decreasing lines either side. Thought it was something to do with casting but everything like that is switched off. I have a screen shot but don't know how to attach it. Any ideas? Thanks!

You might have switched your device to vibration mode. Can you press volume button up to switch to normal mode?
