Wi-Fi connected but no internet

My Z5 Compact is connected to the Wi-Fi, but doesn't have an internet connection. The Wi-Fi/Internet connection works fine with other devices, laptops, tablets, other phones, but not the Sony. Is there something in the settings I need to change?

I have tried restarting phone and router.

Hi @abab,

Welcome to the community.

Try forgetting the network and re-connecting to it, see if there's any change.

To do this, please go to Settings > WiFi > Tap & Hold your WiFi connection > Forget Network, then tap it again, re-enter your WiFi password and try to browse.

Yes it does. I have the Same Problem every time. I dont want to re-entry my WiFi every hour...

This is the first one I have had problems with. Though after reading through the support forum it looks like this is quite a common problem.

Im having the problem right now.. all of the sudden ive got no internet while i do have a stable wifi connection.

I have the same problem right now - never been a problem before with this network, it's a real problem as I'm abroad and have no data roaming. What's the solution? Thank you!

I haven't found a solution. I couldn't get any support from SONY.
