[ PLZ HELP! ] Problem with thel New build Of Z Ultra

Hi everybody Please Answer this Question Quick Because i am in a hurry !

So the Problem is ...

Last Night I dwonloaded The Offical Frimware From this Address:

And I flashed it with Sony Flashtool I mean This:

everything Goes well until Phone Rebooted Unexpected !

I want Someone To tell me whats Wrong With this !!!!!!!!

I have Installed Drivers !

Some times when it goes to sleep it Power Off !

Nothing Changed !!!! I am really sad I can not do any thing with this Problem ;( Please Help me ! I can not Use Sony Update tool sony companion freeze in Prparing part ..... Someone me out please I Am really Tierd and sad ;(;(

shouldent I unlock the boot loader Then flash with Flash tool or it dosent matter?
