Can't answer calls when screen is active

When my screen is active and someone calls I see the floating bar at the top of my screen with decline or answer displayed. Pressing either option does nothing. If in lucky and keep tapping answer it might eventually answer the call but most times the person hangs up before it does.

Does the upper part of the screen work? Can you test it in diagnostics?

Hi. Yes the whole screen works. I've performed the touch screen diagnostic and it passes. I've also turned on show touches in developer options and I'm def touching it.

Boot in safe mode and try to answer like that.

It works safe mode. How can I find what app is the problem???

Boot back in normal mode and check the latest installed apps if you remember, look for task killers, battery savers, launchers.
