Hi Sony Team,

I was very happy with sony when i was using one of my favorite phone sony Z ultra after 8 month my phone started giving proxy problem i visit to vashi service center and they had replace me an anther z ultra after 15 days then again on the same day i note that i am not getting rang on my phone agent they ask me to replace the phone but they don't have the z ultra in stock so they offer my Z1 but i reject the office because z ultra is one of my favorite phone then after 1 month they convince me and i get ready to take Z1 after 1 day the display of left side was blank and i visit again and they change some of the parts that time i was unhappy then also i get ready to receive that repaired phone.

Now my Z1 body has been band when i was on my bike its a sport bike and my phone is in my back pocket i had travel for 5 Hrs and when is saw my phone it was damage i visit to one of the service center in Bangalore they told me we cant provide you any service and you have to pay 12000 because it is a physical damage

Is it my fault??? its not the first time i had kept my phone in back pocket

I am very very upset for your team i need some solution, i am not ready to pay anything for this.If your material is so low qty so stop fulling customer your are losing your trusted customer.

Sorry to hear about your phone and what happened. In this case however I suggest you contact your Local support to have your device sent to and examined by one of our authorized service centers. The repair and warranty process may differ between markets and regions.

I had visited to nears sony service center my phone is under warranty and they are saying that i have to pay 12000 becaus sony not helps in Physical damage.

Is this realy physical damage? if yes please define me how.

Yes, bending your phone whilst in your rear pocket while cycling, is physical damage, and I'll define below.
The handset, is physically damaged as in, it is damaged.... Physically.
I'm afraid no manufacturer on earth will honour warranty in cases where a phone is bent in rear pocket.

Its not a first time i am keeping it in my back pocket befor this i am using samsung i never face such issue so why sony it menas your phone body is not good then oyher phone.

Aluminium bends, on any phone, if given enough force.
As a cyclist I would never keep my thin aluminium phone in the rear pocket, as I'm sure you're aware,this area comes under most tension whilst cycling, especially on a sports bike

See very frank i dont want to hear such thing i want proper solution and i am not ready to pay anything. And if i will not get any solution within 2 WD i will file above issue in consumer care service

y should i band my own phone yes it was band in my pocket but is i am aware that the brand which is an using is having such a bad qyt this it will band by keeping in my back pocket

See i don’t want such question and answer i want solution that’s it.

Tell me if you will do something or else i will take a further action.

I want last rly on this. I am not having free time to waste with such company.

This is a customer to customer forum, only you'd local support can give you the solution you require, but I have a strong feeling they may not offer a warranty repair on a device you admit, bent in your pocket whilst riding.

What Samsung phone you use sanks777? any phone can bend when you cycling. for physical damage Sony or any other phone never do the free repair. But if the physical damage from the manufacturer they must give the new phone.

Then you must use a good phone cover so it will not bend. If it's your fault that you bend the phone don't blame it to Sony. Even my friends iPhone also bend it whle riding the cycle. And apple service center charge some money to repair. Because its not their fault.

look i am also useing z Ultra and same i has to be keep in back pocket and tab 3 of samsung and if i am knowing that the phone will get damage so y should i keep it i am have that much brain

Dude how do you put inside to your pocket that galaxy tab 3? Its bigger than z ultra.
