Sony Z3 plus dual wifi connection problem

Hello sony support team & and all users

i have a "sony Z3 plus dual" brand new from box, when i connect to my WiFi home network the device sees it with FULL STRENGTH signal and connects but when i try to open any link in the browser "chrome" it takes some time then it says "this webpage is not availabe DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" please note that this happens only when im away from the router for lets say more than half a meter; if i want to use the internet via WiFi i will have to be very close to the router or even setting next to it to be exact.
please note that my router is functioning well since there are multiple devices connected to it and there is no problems with connecting to the internet even from ouside the house.

my phone sees the network with good strength but can't establish a connection unless im very close as i said
i tried to hard reset my device.

i tried to setup a static route with my router and with the same outcomes.

i tried to reboot both devices.

i tried to change AES to TKIP and the other way around

please anyone has an idea what might be the solution ??

Do you experience the same in safe mode and with other WiFi networks?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Can you please advise if you get this message with other browser based apps, you could try Dolphin Browser, are you able to tests and advise?

i tried to connect in safe mode and still the same problem the wifi connects but no internet access unless i get too close to the router.
i must include that other devices including sony Z2, Iphone4, Iphone5, samsung note 3, and my laptop all functioning well and from a far distance as well.

You could attempt a software repair on the device, this would make sure that anything that may be affecting it is removed.

That's what i meant with Hard reset; i used the PC companion software and followed the steps to install the latesed software update on my phone.
but still no luck, the problem is still there i cant connect unless im very close :'(

Oh btw i can acually use my cellular network with no problems but on WiFi no luck.

Does this only happen with your Wifi connection at home, or is this constantly the issue regardless of Wifi connection?

yes the issue is constant.
i've tried to connect using my cousin's router but with the same results.
the two routers are from the same internet service provider, and i think they are the same model "but i didn't check".

do you suggest that i try different routers from different vendors or perhaps use a mobile hotspot "tethering" to connect ?

problem Solved

Thank you for your support; when i tried hotspot thethering or another router "linksys" my z3 plus behaved normal with no problems.

i must include that the router my ISP provided which i experienced the problem with is:

Seowon intech co.
