I have a problem in my wifi , can anyone help ..?

Lately, I have purchased Sony Z3 dual, then , I have noticed a problem in my wifi signal, there's no internet in my phone when my wifi become 1 or 2 signal .. Plz can anyone help me?

Are you saying that when the Wifi symbol shows only 2 bars you don't seem to get Internet from this point onwards, does it show some form of error message or show any additional symbols beside the Wifi symbol?

No , i didnt get any error messages. The problem is when my wifi symbol has 2 bars, the network dosnt work. " Jake "

@Amjad1 Hi, this is normal for dual I have 2 of these phone and both have the same "problem" sometimes even when i've got 3 bars, my 5 year old motorola is better comparing to dual, 3 wall's and dual barely have reception of wifi when moto still work's fine, for dual You have to have good wifi signal that's all.

Sounds like a poor choice for a premium smartphone to me 😞 yeah I agree though WiFi signal needs to be excellent.

@Amjad1 Yes it's normal, on 1st dual i've got lollipop and on 2nd one kitkat (better sound), they both have poor reception and at 2 bars of wifi theres no internet, also on this forum someone write about this.

@uliwooly i've test with asus, d-link, tp-link, all results were the same.

@lokrsw Thank u my friend for your reply, you're right in your words, because my friend has the same phone , and he has same problem ,in addition, yes I tried all routers and all of them has same problem..

Actually, my Z3 Dual has relatively lower WiFi reception than my Z5, especially when I'm in a different room. But what I noticed is the Z3 Dual might show one bar in WiFi icon where the network is not practically working (meaning it takes time to decide that it should drop WiFi to 3G or 4G).
