XPERIA Z3 with Android 6 and hang or slow

Hi, I was happy with my Z3 until I got Android 6. Since then applications just hang like e.g. camera or also galerie. I have to reboot to get it back again. Sometimes it is enough to just wait. Right now the user experience is very bad.

Anybody having the same issues and an idea what I could do?

Do you experience the same in Safe Mode?

How to boot on safe mode on Lollipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

if you don't experience the same in safe mode then a third-party app it's causing this, if you do experience the same, repair the phone with Sony PC Companion

Heating and Lagging

Since I updated to Android 6 I've experienced lags and heating even on common usage of the device such as when navigating on the web. I only have 1 Gb storage free, might it be the problem? But no app runs their processes since I hybernate them all through Greenify.
