Hello everybody. I have a big problem. So 5 days ago I bought in Russia one Sony Xperia Z5 compact . When I came home in Republic of Moldova I inserted the card phone in mobile and after 3 minutes telephone restarted and asks from me the google account. But I don't have it. I tried to creat but it doesn't work and in continue ask from me the first email that it was registred. So please help with advice... Will be work my phone ever?

You have activated MXTP (My Xperia Theft Protection), you have 2 options, either you enter the correct information or you will have to stop by your Local support as PCC won't change anything, since this is locked at the bootloader level.

So in final my phone will never work if i don't know the correct information?
If i will restart version android this phone? I mean to recover, is this a solution?

Like I said before, you have two options

1 Do you remember the Gmail and password you first enter on this device? if you do then you should be able to unlock it

2 if you don't remember then contact your >>> Local support they should be able to help you

I think option 2 is the viable one...
Something tells me the op purchased this off someone who has activated the theft protection on first install, then simply wiped and sold on..
