buttons problem

Hi,

my phone buttons are not responding ( power , volume and camera )

i can't open or restart it , the only way to open is calling it

I'm sorry to hear that.

I recommend that you first take a backup of any data you want to save to a computer.

Then try to turn the phone off using the red button under the cover next to the SIM-card and see if this helps.

If the buttons still doesn't work, i recommend that you try to perform a software repair using PC Companion which will reinstall the software in the phone.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, please contact your local support team.

This sounds like a hardware problem, and you should contact your Local support to get it examined as soon as possible. If it runs out of battery you'll not be able to power it up, so while you still can perform a back up of your data.

i turned it off from the red button and the buttons are working now
