Help for Z3 Water Exposure!

I used my z3 in water a few times and not having any problem on it, till last saturday that i went to the pool the phone and take pics underwater, the phone buzz 3 times then died and stop working, till i realize that water went through. I removed the clear tape which i always use just added security dried it, put in a sack o rice for a day used a vaccuum cleane for almost an hour the a hair blower and waited like half of the day but no use just dead, and I try to charge it but only a blinking red light appears in light indicator. Can anyone help me with this? do you think my phone won't work anymore? Any Advice? Thanks!

Hi @Keroro,

Welcome to the community.

You will need to contact your local support team to have them assess the device and perform a vacuum pressure test to see if the waterproofing has failed.

For the record, I highly advise against using a hair dryer/vacuum cleaner on your device as this can cause further damage to your handset.
