Strange, it dosn't shown in meny, it's always on?! Ok but if its on, then it's not working. Because if i listen music in my car, wired connection (aux) and receive a call voice goes in car speakers, people hear road and engine noise, and echo of themselfs Nothing like that in Z1! I have both phones and can compare! Any proves, Of working noise suppression?

Dear Sony, please take note!

Hello dearest Sony,:smileyheart:

Even though I promised myself to get rid of Sony, I’ve returned to you because of as I like to say *the Zen feeling* is great, and having a good device lifetime usage. Many friends with Samsung and Huawei smartphones had lots of problems regarding physical/battery/motherboard issues.

I’ve experienced best quality regarding Sony products with few exceptions. For that Sony please take note of them, and fix them by software updates as best and fast as possible.

So, about Z5 Compact E5823:

Defective lens – Sony from G lens many problems have had in my experience. Some Sony devices had issues, some hadn’t. Unfortunately, I saw pertinent reviews of X/XZ/Xc and were found same problems as at Z5/Z5c, sadly, my device included. Very much blur on the left/right (mostly at 16:9 view). SONY I BEG YOU one more time: upgrade lens or at least make a camera module as best as you can for that zones to disappear or to look as insignificant as possible. My Z5c has a 30% blur from left to right on overall 16:9 image. Only too few exceptions can hide it. And it seems like a very low quality smartphone camera. Please make a better processing camera for next update to hide the defective lens issues, also, add manual controls to the stock camera app. PLEASE! ***Examples (macro-infinity; 4:3 view; 3mp) of lens defection -from left to right- here:

MM android update don’t have noise suppression as android L. I did a Pc Companion repair but nothing. I’ve flashed back to 5.1.1 (standard L version) and it’s better (I have examples in this case made by testing procedures). Please add a noise suppression button in settings menu, and make noise suppression more effective! ***Example MM upgrade noise suppression here: https://vimeo.com/180046894

Sound quality is low Sony. I’ve tried lots of headphones like small, big, in ear, air type but nothing. While using any kind of equalizer the sound is clipping, making the experience feel very cheap. Sony please upgrade sound module because it’s very low and bass is clipping very unpleasantly while listening.

Radio doesn’t have equalizer and third party ones doesn’t apply to the FM Radio sound output. Sony we are taking about premium devices! Please add equalizer to FM Radio application or make it compatible with other equalizers, with the next software upgrade.

Battery backup it’s good on 5.1.1 android. In 6.0.1 is worst. Please take care of it also.

The touch is not so responsive by time, in both latest upgrades of 5.1.1 and 6.0.1.

The warming is acceptable for me, but the issues above make a greater impact on it.

For Z3+ E6533:

Same problem with lens and camera. Please add manual control and better image texturing to hide defective lens (corners perspective).

Same as Z5c with sound quality though I sense a better quality than in Z5c using the native installed equalizers. But the worst part are the speakers. Let’s say Z5c it’s loud enough, but Z3+ is too quiet on calls. It’s also a problem using stereo ringtones but non-stereo speaker system for calls, so make it louder/stereo in calls please! It’s a must (XA ultra is the best example in this aspect).

Battery backup is worst compared to Z5c and maybe a good reason for that is having a bigger screen, but do something in the next update to charge it faster and drain slower (Z5c is best in this aspect). Sadly, it discharges twice as fast as charging time and it’s an unpleasant issue. Charging last almost for 2 hours and waiting it’s not an ace in this case. Also the MM upgrade have problems regarding this issue.

So these are my latest phones experiences including the ones of my friend/s. Please Sony take care of these issues because I don’t know a better site to tell about improving the Make.Believe devices.

Take note that these issues are affecting premium devices and this is not good at all in every aspect we are talking about. I had invested lots of money and it’s not great when you see the device feeling so cheap and not performing as advised.

I am saying/showing/sharing these experiences with great care and importance because you can make it best! I feel it, I Zen-se it!

Thank you so much for understanding, and please SONY DO SOMETHING GREAT about it!

A great fan of Sony devices,

Alexander

Battery backup better, but not as good as in 5.1.1.

4. Lower warming.

5. Better touch responsiveness.

Not resolved:

1. Camera still has no manual controls.

2. Defective lens was not camouflaged by superior texture processing.

3.
