Just bought my Xperia Z1 a year ago and I'm experiencing problems with my battery -- it's been dropping from 70% or sometimes 60% or 50% to 0% then shuts down. It's been a week since I tried troubleshooting and searching related problems to this.

Then I saw a thread with the same issue here. Tried doing all the suggested options on how to fix the problem -- PCC update and repair and switching it to safe mode. Nothing worked so far.

Then I tried switching it to safe mode and turned the battery saver on and the stamina mode and so far, it's been running normally. But of course, I don't want it to be always like this since I can't use my facebook and other apps during safe mode.

Can someone please explain to me why my battery's behaving like this and apply a solution to this? I would be most grateful

It's built-in indeed, but can be changed in service centers. But I suggest that you read this topic and try suggestions mentioned there:

yeah, saw that thread too and tried all possible options but still the same. Maybe I'll try changing the battery via service centers.

Thanks a lot!

Hello, the question lies in the fact that the phone Sony Xperia Z1 just two weeks ago, started off strongly, assuring the battery charge was not lower than 60%. Smartphone warranty if damage is included in the guarantee https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw5PTtdBZ537ZzdwUUFtV2FGa1U/view?usp=docslist_apihttps://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw5PTtdBZ537dVZWY29TMnMxOGM/view?usp=docslist_api
