Sudden shutdown without response

hi just bought my xperia z5 premium 2 weeks ago, just this morning while browsing the phone just suddenly shutdown and not responding at all. The phone is fully charged. Now its been at least 2 hours of not responding at all. Please help.

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours.

The same happend me, I dont know what's the problem, my xperia z5 almost each morning my phone is suddenly shutdown, later I press power and volume up, the phone is fully charged. Please help.
