I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Hi everyone! I also had problems with my Xperia Z2. The celphone was trying to update and sudenly it stoped working. It´s like it try to turn on and at the other moment it turn off. And it keep doing this again and again (turning on and turning off). It doesn´t allow me to do anything. I tried to connect it to the computer and it does the same and nothing happens. Only appears a screen that says "The software update fallied. Make sure that your phone is connected to the computer and try again" (and it´s connected).

Does someone had the same problem or knows something about it?
