Z3 Dual TERRIFIC Overheat /Battery Drain / Death / Red LED Steady

Hi everybody,

I used Z3 Dual since last december (9 months already).
An Incredible flagship high end smartphone, despite some small WIFI issues sometimes.
3 days ago, the device were plugged in charge and charging normally until 73% then it shows a message saying something like "The battery is draining faster than it's charging" and the device's upper part became EXTREMELY hot. I powered it off, leaved it plugged for like half an hour, then turned it on, 4% battery (still plugged), getting even hotter and hotter, instable display, power off again, turn on, 1%, than dead. Won't turn on again, Red LED steady when plugged in, nothing otherwise.
I've tried to leave it with no manipulation and unplugged for maybe 2 days to be sure, capacitors fully discharge current (maybe stupid but I was desperate)...No change
Press and hold the Small yellow (OFF) button... Nothing
All combinations Vol + Power, Vol - Power...etc... Nothing

Now, it shows steady red LED when plugged in... the battery is cold... wont turn on...**bleep**:smileyskull:

Motherboard blown up ?????????????
