hello.

i have problem when i recharge my phone it take hour and half to charge 50% and the phone be very hot from up where the sony logo and from the back . and the charger be hot too . thanks and sry for bad english

Is this the original charger? If the phone has a lot of processes running while charging or you're using it the temperature can rise a bit.

yes the orginal and i didnt use it when it recharge also its new phone i bought it yesterday

Hi When you want to Charge your Xperia Z2 All Your Program should Close.

Yes, it's normal that it gives away some heat while charging. However, I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion to rule out any software issues at first.
