turn off safe mode

I am using experia z from march, suddenly when it turn of because of battery charging, it turn on in safe mode. I reboot it 100 of times and nothing to change I need your help please.

Connect your phone to a wall charger > let it charge for about 1 hour > after 1 hour repair your phone with either PCC or SUS

i would suggest you to try "flashtool" and flash another FTF file to see if it resolves your issue.

Indeed flashtool its an option but it might void the warranty with certain carriers/countries

first backup your phone then give it a shot, or just take it to a Sony repair center

If the phone always starts in safe mode it sounds like the volume - key is being press all the time. If not, the vol - key may be damaged, so the phone thinks its being pressed.

I have same problem of safe mode and my vol down key is also not working.

Sony service center is saying that they were not authorized to open the device, so were I have to go to fix the problem.

I am from vadodara, gujarat-390019

For every one who have this problem with the safe mode.

Just simply push the 3 buttons at one time, which are from the right that means the power, volume up and down and hold them until the phone restarts. After that the safe mode has to be gone.
